An Iraqi Student

I have to break the silence and ask you to stand for a moment to greet this Iraqi Student.

It's not just that he is working to support his family but he is still a student and investing his time in doing his homework. A salute to such insisting dedication.

P.S.1 I found this photo in a friend's profile on Facebook and I don't know if she took it or a licensed photographer.

P.S.2 I will come back for a real post shortly.
That's all for now
God bless Iraq

Thank you Attawie,

That is a wonderful picture. While I can not stand before him and show my appreciation for his wonderful actions I will pray to our Lord God to watch over him and protect him. I wish more people were like him.

Sandybelle,
You're right. I think this photo tells an epic about what's going on in Iraq right now.

On one hand, it seems a bit sad that this young man must work to support his family. But, on the other, many very successful adults worked hard when they were young. I see it as very positive that he is doing his school work. I join you in saluting him! Best of luck to him in the future!

Thanks for visiting my blog Attawie. :) I commented a suggestion for you there.

David, the image is sad but true. Hopefully, like you said he and those people struggling just like him will be successful in their lives.

Check the comment, thanks for the tip :)
