Thanks for the recommendation! I missed Mel's post.. been busy and she stopped posting. Glad that she's back. :D
Why are you so bored Attawie? I thought you were busy working on your thesis. Are you still working on it? Maybe you are just burned out by the monotony of writing the thesis. Maybe you need a few breaks to do something fun. Then you can go back to work feeling refreshed. :)
The fruit looks very good, but I don't know what the other foods are. Are those pancakes in the third picture? I love pancakes with maple syrup! :D

You, Touta and some other Iraqi bloggers all are bored so I'd say it's a Boring Pandemic by now!
Surely it needs to look at it in order to find out the roots of the problem and take it from there to get an effective cure to stop it from spreading to the whole community.
As I told Touta, I have every hope that you will pass this boring stage and come out more determined to smile and accomplish your mission.

I am busy working on my thesis and I'm still not in the phase of real writing. Still working on the literature part and collecting data. and no time for breaks, I've been wasting a lot of time :S
The fruits are one poor banana, a peach and some strawberries.
the other photo is coconut cake with strawberry cream + Trab il milook (the banana sweet i wrote about earlier).
the third photo is avocado dip, double pizza made in pizza maker, sambosa (stuffed with ground meet) and catchup :D
I love pancakes with maple syrup too! maybe next friday's breakfast *inspired*

Try not to think of breaks as wasting time Attawie. Think of them as rewards for accomplishments. Set a goal for a piece of work on your thesis. Complete the work and then reward yourself with a fun break. I think this could help to keep you motivated. Writing a thesis is tough, I know! It took me a long time to finish mine. At first, I felt overwhelmed, but when I thought of it as a bunch of small tasks to be accomplished one after another, it became more manageable.

Hmmm...no blueberries in Dubai? That's a shame, they are rather good. Strangely, I never really liked them as a kid, but as an adult have gotten to like them more. I especially like blueberries mixed with raspberries, with a little sugar and cream, Half & Half(part cream, part milk) or just plain milk. Course they're always good in pie, too. :D
What? Is the whole Iraqi blogosphere bored? Careful, next you'll say they miss Jeffrey, Khalid I. :)

I never found blueberries, neither fresh nor frozen. cheesecake is the only place where i can taste it.
I guess the Iraqi blogsphere either bored or talking/ sharing photos about food. I have them both in here :D but please keep Jeffrey away. We're having the best time ever :D :D :D
